    1. scope of the guarantee

    a-TroniX offers the following limited warranty for a-TroniX manufactured/prepared battery products (hereinafter referred to as the product(s), unless expressly stated otherwise). a-TroniX has the right to refuse to replace the device at its own discretion,
    if the conditions of the policy are violated. This a-TroniX Guarantee Directive (hereinafter referred to as
    Directive) applies in all countries in which the product is available through recognised a-TroniX Partner

    • a-TroniX AX 2.88 kWh high-voltage solar storage system
    • a-TroniX AX 2.88 kWh high-voltage solar storage system with BMS

    IMPORTANT:
    Please note that these warranty conditions do not replace the warranty conditions stated here. a-TroniX
    Cover products. All from a-TroniX supplied additional parts or devices can be replaced by a

    This Directive does not constitute a guarantee for the durability of the products and does not cover product capability. The Directive is limited only to the contracting parties listed in Section 2.

    2. contracting parties

    "End customer" within the meaning of this warranty is any person who is the owner of a system and who

    6. limited liability

    No warranty claims are accepted for damage resulting from the causes listed below.

      cosmetic problems, wear and tear;
    • Unauthorised repair and reinstallation of the product(s);
    • If the installer has not followed the warranty claim procedure described in section 9
      and/or a-TroniX no proper proof of the error and/or of the work carried out on site
      submitted to the audit;
    • Non-observance of the safety regulations and/or operating instructions in relation to the operating instructions
      of the product(s).

    7 Product replacement and compensation

    If the products are no longer available on the market a-TroniX at their own discretion
    by an alternative product with equivalent functions and performance.

    In the event of claims under this guarantee, the end customer will not be charged any costs in connection with
