This guideline does not constitute a guarantee for the durability of the product, nor does it

This Directive is limited to the parties listed in Section 2.
2. contracting parties

- Improper installation of the product(s) and/or installation by an unauthorised installer
- Improper or non-compliant use, installation, commissioning, start-up or operation
- Improper wiring of the product, resulting in deformation or damage to the product or its parts
- Improper use or misuse of the product(s) by the installer or end user, e.g. damage caused by dropping the product during installation
- Use of unsuitable plugs, e.g. if the installer has installed the product with a different brand and/or model of plugs that were not supplied with the product
- Damage to the product(s) caused by other parts of the system
- Force majeure (storm damage, lightning, overvoltage, fire, thunderstorms, flooding, etc.)
- Damage caused during the transport of the product(s)
- Defects that do not affect the proper functioning of the product(s), e.g. cosmetic defects, wear and tear
- Unauthorised repair and reinstallation of the product(s)
- Failure to comply with the safety regulations and/or operating instructions relating to the product(s) in the operating instructions.
If authorised a-TroniX staff establishes that the complaint is justified and that the product
is defective due to defects in material and workmanship, the a-TroniX at your own discretion

- Repair of the product on site or in a designated repair centre a-TroniX Office or service centre;

7. registration

8. warranty claim process

a-TroniX carries out tests on the product and may ask the installer to take photos for evidence purposes. The installer must submit an RMA form with the evidence and all the information requested by a-TroniX requested

a-TroniX is obliged to approve and dispatch the product within 3 working days, provided the product is available. Once the replacement has been completed, the installer is obliged to dispatch the faulty product to a-TroniX within a maximum of thirty (30) days of receipt

If an allegedly defective product is returned to the manufacturer in accordance with this a-TroniX is returned
