    1. scope of the guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    a-TroniX provides the following limited and extended warranty for products manufactured by a-TroniX
    inverter (hereinafter referred to as product(s), unless expressly stated otherwise).

    Please note that these warranty conditions apply to a-TroniX products as described here.
    This warranty is limited to the a-TroniX inverters only and does not cover any external parts or accessories. Any additional parts or devices supplied by a-TroniX may be covered by a separate warranty statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This guideline does not constitute a guarantee for the durability of the product, nor does it
    any product characteristic.
    This Directive is limited to the parties listed in Section 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. contracting parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    This policy applies only to the original purchaser of the product from a-TroniX (Purchaser), if the product is
    buyer is a distributor, a solar dealer or an authorised electrician (installer)
    who supplies the product to another party or to this other party (end user),

    The only person(s) authorised to invoke the guarantee under this contact is\/are

    the end user\/installer may, at his own discretion and at his own expense, install a

    No warranty claims will be recognised or accepted for damage attributable to the causes listed below. Claims relating to defects that

    • Insufficient ventilation and circulation, resulting in minimal cooling and natural airflow<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Improper installation of the product(s) and\/or installation by an unauthorised installer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Improper or non-compliant use, installation, commissioning, start-up or operation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Improper wiring of the product, resulting in deformation or damage to the product or its parts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Improper use or misuse of the product(s) by the installer or end user, e.g. damage caused by dropping the product during installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use of unsuitable plugs, e.g. if the installer has installed the product with a different brand and\/or model of plugs that were not supplied with the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Damage to the product(s) caused by other parts of the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Force majeure (storm damage, lightning, overvoltage, fire, thunderstorms, flooding, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Damage caused during the transport of the product(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Defects that do not affect the proper functioning of the product(s), e.g. cosmetic defects, wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Unauthorised repair and reinstallation of the product(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Failure to comply with the safety regulations and\/or operating instructions relating to the product(s) in the operating instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      If authorised a-TroniX personnel determine that the complaint is justified and the product
      is defective due to defects in material and workmanship, a-TroniX will, at its own discretion
      act:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Repair of the product on site or in a designated a-TroniX office or service centre;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • as a replacement for the faulty or damaged product, the nearest product from its range.

        This guideline does not cover components that were not originally supplied by a-TroniX as part of the system.

        7. registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        It is recommended that all products are registered so that they fall under the conditions of this directive.
        Registration refers to online registration via the PV Hub. The registration is
        a mandatory requirement. Guarantees should be honoured within thirty-six (36) months after
        registered during installation. However, it is recommended that they are not registered later if possible.

          8. warranty claim process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          It is the duty of the installer\/distributor to contact a-TroniX with the following information in the event of a fault:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. Name of the installer:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Product model no:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Fault code:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Error details:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Contact information:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            a-TroniX may request additional details depending on the error conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            a-TroniX will carry out tests on the product and may ask the installer to take photographs for evidence purposes. The installer must submit an RMA form with the evidence and all documentation requested by a-TroniX.

            9. further legal rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            In addition to the warranty provided by a-TroniX, the end user\/installer has statutory rights to
