    1. scope of the guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    a-TroniX offers the following limited warranty for a-TroniX manufactured\/prepared battery products (hereinafter referred to as the product(s), unless expressly stated otherwise). a-TroniX has the right to refuse to replace the device at its sole discretion,
    if the conditions of the policy are breached. This a-TroniX Warranty Policy (hereinafter referred to as
    directive) applies in all countries where the product is sold through recognised a-TroniX partners.

      IMPORTANT:<\/strong>
      Please note that these warranty conditions do not apply to the a-TroniX
      products. All additional parts or devices supplied by a-TroniX can be replaced by a
      be covered by a separate warranty policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This Directive does not constitute a guarantee for the durability of the products and does not cover product capability. The Directive is limited only to the contracting parties listed in Section 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. contracting parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      \"End customer\" within the meaning of this warranty is any person who is the owner of a system and who
      not acquired in order to resell it or to use it in the course of their commercial or self-employed activities.

      In addition to the claims arising from these guarantees, the end customer is entitled to statutory product liability claims and claims for defects against the seller. The end customer only acquires the claims expressly described in this manufacturer's warranty; no other contractual or statutory claims arise in the relationship between the end customer and a-TroniX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. guarantee period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The standard performance guarantee for the products is valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) years.
      months from the date of installation (the \"Performance Guarantee Period\"). The registration of the
      product (see section 9) must be cancelled via the a-TroniX website before thirty-six (36) days have elapsed.

      5. performance guarantee conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      a-TroniX guarantees and assures that the product provides at least 80 % of nominal energy either for
      10 years after the date of initial installation or for a minimum energy throughput in accordance with the
      table below (whichever occurs first) when the battery system is operating under normal conditions.
