Please note that these rights apply independently of our warranty conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Statutory warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statutory warranty is anchored in the German Civil Code (BGB) and protects you as the buyer in the event of defects in the purchased goods. You are always entitled to these warranty rights, regardless of our voluntary warranty conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note that the statutory warranty rights in the B2B sector may differ from those in the B2C sector. In the B2B sector, there is no automatic reversal of the burden of proof in the first 12 months after purchase. Business customers can make different arrangements through individual contractual agreements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duration of the warranty period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statutory warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the first 12 months after purchase, the burden of proof is reversed. This means that we assume that a defect already existed at the time of delivery. After these 12 months, you as the buyer must prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights in the event of a warranty claim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Subsequent fulfilment:<\/strong><br>You are entitled to repair or replacement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation of the purchase contract:<\/strong><br>If subsequent fulfilment is not possible or reasonable, you can withdraw from the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reduction of the purchase price:<\/strong><br>Alternatively, the purchase price can be reduced appropriately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damages:<\/strong><br>Under certain conditions, you can claim compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure for defects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you discover a defect, please contact our customer service immediately. Please contact our customer service at <a href=\"mailto:info@a-troniX.de\">info@a-troniX.de<\/a> or by telephone on +49 4101 37676-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restrictions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty does not apply to signs of wear and tear, normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a-TroniX warranty conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty card gives you comprehensive protection and stands for our quality and durability. The a-TroniX warranty conditions apply equally to end customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B), unless otherwise specified in the warranty conditions. Our warranty conditions are based on the statutory warranty claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty claim procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report the defective product to your supplier within 14 days of the problem occurring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The warranty application must be sent to us or an authorised service partner with all the necessary information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the warranty card, purchase invoice and other relevant documents for the warranty claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guarantee conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event of a warranty claim, a-TroniX will repair the device or provide an equivalent replacement. The remaining warranty claim will be transferred to the replacement device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The warranty covers design, component and manufacturing defects. Damage due to improper installation, incorrect operation, inadequate ventilation or force majeure is excluded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the warranty, a-TroniX does not assume any costs for logistics, labour or loss of profit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal basis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statutory warranty is regulated in \u00a7\u00a7 433 ff. BGB (German Civil Code). Our warranty conditions supplement these rights and offer you additional protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any further questions about your warranty or guarantee claims, please do not hesitate to contact us.
